Returns and Exchanges

Altogether Home™ strives to bring you the finest in luxury home furnishings. We have partnered with quality manufacturers so we can deliver carefully chosen furnishings and accessories directly to your door. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and, in the rare case you are not, the following are available pending your situation.

Return of Non-Custom Made Items

Altogether Home accepts the return of non-custom merchandise within 30 days of delivery as long as:

  1. The merchandise is in its original, pristine condition and
  2. The merchandise is shipped back via a package delivery service of equal quality to the service that delivered it to you

To coordinate a product return, call Customer Service at (866) 423-HOME.

Returns are refunded to your original form of payment (such as your credit card), less 100% of the outbound shipping and handling cost and 50% of the return shpping and handling cost. If the merchandise was shipped as part of a free shipping offer, the actual cost incurred to ship the item(s) being returned will be deducted from your refund. After 30 days, Altogether Home cannot accept the return of non-custom merchandise.

Return of Custom Made Items

Unlike many of our competitors, we will accept returns on items made specifically for you (unless the item was monogrammed). Just notify us of your desire to return the item within 10 days of delivery to you and make sure:

  1. The merchandise is in its original, pristine condition and
  2. The original box and packaging can be utilized for the return and
  3. The merchandise is shipped back via a package delivery service of equal quality to the service that delivered it to you.

Because our manufacturers will not allow us to return custom made items to them, we must charge a 25% restocking fee. This covers our cost of warehousing and reselling your custom item.

Returns are refunded to your original form of payment (such as your credit card), less a 25% restocking fee and 100% of both the outbound and return shipping and handling costs. If the merchandise was shipped as part of a free shipping offer, the actual cost incurred to ship the item(s) being returned will be deducted from your refund. Altogether Home cannot accept the return of custom merchandise unless we are notified of your intent to return within 10 days of the delivery of the product to you.

Exchange or Return of Damaged and Defective Items

Although our manufacturers and delivery partners take the utmost care in delivering items to your door, accidents occasionally occur in the manufacturing or shipping process. If your item arrives obviously damaged or defective, please alert the delivery person when possible and then call Altogether Home Customer Service at (866) 402-HOME (4663) so we can arrange for a replacement part or credit. Please save all damaged cartons untiol claims are settled.

In cases where a defect is discovered after you take deliver of your item, Altogether Home gladly extends all manufacturer warranties to you. Typically defects resulting from your negligence, abuse or use in a commercial, hospitality or other non-residential setting are not covered.
